Zhenhuan Chen陈震寰
PhD Student
- M.E., Environmental Engineering, Guangzhou University, China (2018-2021)
- B.E., Environmental Engineering, Nanjing Agricultural University, China (2014-2018)
Zhenhuan joined Dr. Zhang’s group in July 2021 and became a PhD student in September 2021. He used to work on heterogeneous catalytic advanced oxidation processes (AOPs). Currently, his main research work is to reveal the defluorination mechanism of chlorine- and fluorine- containing compounds by sulfidized nanoscale zerovalent iron (S-nZVI). In the laboratory, he is interested in chromatography and mass spectrometry, yet outside of the lab, he is fond of swimming, samurai and cowboys.
